Tasha Vaughn
Mother, author, entrepreneur, and playwright Tasha I. Vaughn is the epitome of the phrase “Never Too Late.” She stands as a beacon of hope for readers and artists alike. Born in Denver, CO, but raised in Plainfield, NJ, Vaughn sensed a calling on her life to create and present works that would bless not only her community but the world.
Tasha attended Fairleigh Dickinson University before moving to Atlanta, GA to attend Clark Atlanta University. Life would soon intervene, and Vaughn discovered that her true education would come through life itself and the journey of motherhood. A devoted mother of six gifted children, Vaughn selflessly placed her artistry on hold in order to provide love, guidance, and security for her family.
Vaughn continued to create, penning numerous plays and skits with hopes of one day presenting them to the world. She later discovered her gift for weaving engaging tales for children, rooted in her devotion to God. Drawing from the lessons learned in raising her own children, Vaughn has authored a series of children’s books designed to encourage youth to know and trust God in every aspect of their lives.
She is now preparing to release the first installment of this series, “My Daddy Told Me,” on October 23, 2026.
